This company took my money without permission.

Unlike all their competitors, if you decide to cancel your account, you can't just click a button; you gotta call a number listed on their site.

They'll ask you to provide your full name, credit card details, address, date of birth, and more.

Then, you get to listen to a 15-minute ad that basically tells you you're being signed up for a bunch of monthly charges for random stuff that has nothing to do with Accuranker.

They play the ad and then offer you different 'Identity Monitoring/Credit Monitoring' services, reading your credit card number out loud during the ad.

After that, they want you to say YES if you want to sign up.

But the moment you say NO, a rep jumps on the line and asks you to confirm some info, and if you say 'Correct,' they insist you have to say YES for them to verify it.

They use your 'YES' to activate the service.

The first service they claimed would cost me $5, but then they said I’d be automatically enrolled in three other services at $30 a month each.

That initial $5 charge, which I never agreed to, just hit my credit card, so I had to cancel my card with the bank—what a hassle that is!

Next, they ask if you want your phone number included in various marketing campaigns, reading your number out loud in the ad.

As soon as you say NO, the same routine happens. A rep comes on, asks for verification, and only accepts 'YES' as a valid response, claiming you need to say yes to get your cancellation confirmation number.

I’m just amazed at how shortsighted this company is, illegally signing people up for things they clearly don’t want, all while trying to squeeze a few extra bucks from customers. Every other company in the industry has a simple CANCEL button on their website.

This is the first time I’ve ever dealt with something like this, and I’ve paid for over 100 different business software solutions in my life.

Please, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this service to avoid having your identity and credit card info compromised like I did. I’m currently in the cleanup phase, and who knows how long that’ll take or what other damage I’ll have to fix because of this company.

You can also link and import keywords straight from the search console, which really saves me a ton of time since I don’t have to type them in manually.
That said, there are times when the SERP stats from AccuRanker don’t line up with what Google shows. But honestly, that’s pretty much the case with all tools out there. Plus, Google is always tweaking their SERP results. All in all, AccuRanker is a solid tool for my needs and my business.

This kind of practice feels outdated and has no place in today's SAAS world. While the tool itself is solid, I’ll definitely think twice about using Accuranker again because of this issue.

It’s a pretty shady business model. Let the quality of what you offer do the talking, and realize that some customers will leave and come back! There’s really no need to squeeze extra cash out of folks when they might want to rejoin later.

Typically, you hear you can pick two out of three: affordable, excellent, or speedy. With AccuRanker, you actually get all three at once.
